Sandbourne Fund is an open-ended multi-class investment company incorporated in the Cayman Islands.
The Fund is currently offering A Shares (GBP) B Shares (USD) and C Shares (Euro) on a continuing basis.
The Fund's primary objective is to provide absolute capital appreciation for its Shareholders through its trading strategies. The Investment Manager will aim to achieve the objective through a strategy of long and short trades in the UK equity market. An index futures overlay is used to actively control net exposure.
